What’s New at Lap Tech In spite of recent COVID or economic challenges, we have continued to invest in our equipment, people, and capabilities. Our newest equipment addition is a Diskus grinding machine, made in Germany. With this machine, we can increase our output of double disk ground parts to even higher levels, while providing even higher levels of tolerances and capability. This is our second Diskus purchase and this complements well our already installed traditional double disc grinding capability and our precision fine grinding capacities!

We have also invested in additional precision brush deburr capacities. We have three auto-compensating brush deburr equipment configurations in-house, and washing as well. It’s one thing grinding a component, but it’s another thing ensuring such is burr-free and clean of contaminants and also washed/RP protected for its future travels!
